Antifreeze


Ingredients

:1: 1/2 oz. Curacao, blue

:2: 1/2 oz. Liqueur, banana

:3: 1 oz. Vodka

:4: 3 oz. Orange Juice

:5: 1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos

Glass to Use

Highball Glass

The highball glass is very common for serving mixed drinks. Tall and thin, they generally provide the right size for a combination of ice, spirit and mix.

:1: Holds 8 to 10 oz.

:2: Great for highballs, rickeys, coolers, spritzers, any simple mixed drinks.

Mixing Instructions

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Amor De Cosmos


Ingredients

:1: 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey, Canadian

:2: 1 splash Carbonated Water/Club Soda

:3: 1 oz. Cranberry Juice

:4: 1 splash Ginger Ale

:5: 1 tbsp. Grenadine

:6: 1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos

Collins Glass

A tall, slender glass for larger recipes. Named after the classic Tom Collins, but now used in a wide variety of mixed drinks.

Typically holds 12-16 ounces.

Mixing Instructions

Put ice in a collins glass and add Amaretto and lime juice. Add soda and stir.

White Almond Kiss


Ingredients

:1: 1/2 oz. Amaretto

:2: 1/2 oz. Godiva, white
